200g onion flowers thinly sliced
1 onion sliced
2 green chillies
1 medium tomato cut into small cubes
1 clove garlic crushed
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 teaspoons Maldive fish
1 sprig curry leaves
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan add garlic, stir till aroma releases. Then add curry leaves, rampe and Maldive fish. Then add sliced onions, sauté for a 2- 3 minutes or till onions are soft.
Add chili flakes and salt stir and salt stir for more few seconds, then add thinly cut onion flowers and tomato.
Cook uncovered till tender. Remove from heat before it changes the bright green colour.
