½ cup kurinna leaves washed and thinly chopped into strips
10-12 red onions thinly sliced
2 green chillies cut into thin slices
1 medium tomatoes cut into thin strips
¼ cup grated coconut
¼ teaspoon pepper
salt and lime juice to taste

Make sambol with all the ingredients except coconut and kurinna leaves. Taste and balance with salt and lime.

Add thinly chopped kurinna leaves and mix well.

Lastly add coconut mix well.
