Fried Sear Fish Slices
Ingredients
5 slices of fish thinly sliced,
Batter
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
sufficient water
Mix all these make into a thick batter.
Sufficient bread crumbs to coat the fish
Season fish slices with little salt, pepper and lime juice. Marinate for 3-4 hours.

Dip the fish slice in the batter mixture to coat.Toss in breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil until golden
