200g okra cut into thin slices
1 onion thinly sliced
1 clove garlic
1 tomato cut into slices
1 –1 ½ teaspoons Maldive fish flakes
10 curry leaves
1’’ rampe (pandan leave)
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon vinegar
salt to taste
Heat oil in medium heat add curry leaves, rampe and garlic sauté for few seconds then add onions. Stir for few minutes.
Add salt,turmeric and chilli flakes. Add okra and mix then add cut tomato and vinegar.
Cook till okra and tomatoes are soft. Remove from fire.
Serving Suggestion. Prawn curry, Dhal curry, Kathurumurunga mellum

this is really a benificial for me as i live outside the country ans now i can prepare vegitable recipes deliciously and thus improve my health because people here tend to eat meat base dishes as people dont have the knoledge to preparation.
