1 cup grated coconut
4 red onions slices
3 green chillies cut into thin slices
3 garlic sliced
½ teaspoon Maldive fish flakes
15-20 curry leaves
¼ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons water
salt to taste
Grind all the ingredients except the Maldive fish and rampe leaves.
Cook until all the moisture has dried.
