If we make only one or two curries we make this onion sambol it increase the tasty of food and fill the table.
2 onions cut into thin slices
4 green chillies cut into thin slices
1 large tomato cut into thin strips
¼ teaspoon pepper
salt and lime juice to taste
Mix all the ingredients with hands. Taste and adjust with salt and lime juice.
