Ingredients

200g Mushroom torn into thin strips
1 onion sliced
2 green chillies sliced
2 clove garlic
1 tomato sliced
1 large or 2 small capsicum sliced
10 curry leaves
1’’ rampe (pandan leave)
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon Maldive fish flakes
¼ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon vinegar
salt to taste

Heat oil in medium heat add curry leaves, rampe and Maldive fish stir for seconds, then add garlic, onions and capsicum. Stir for further one minute.

Then add turmeric, chilli flakes, mushroom, cut tomato, salt and vinegar. stir for few seconds.

Add mushroom and mix and stir for a few seconds.

Cook till mushrooms are soft. Check the taste before remove from fire.

Serving Suggestions. Rice, okra curry, pork curry, kola mellum
