1 cup chopped kathuru murunga leaves
2 tablespoons scraped coconut
2 red onions sliced
1 green chilli sliced
2 cloves garlic sliced
10 curry leaves
¼ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon salt
Chop leaves roughly or you can make it with whole leaves.
Grind all the ingredients except the green leaves or you can just mix all with hand.
But if you mix with hand, cut onion, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves very thin.
Mix ground coconut with kathuru murunga leaves, cook uncovered while stirring in very low heat only for few seconds. Preserving the colour.
